Oral Arguments in the 3% Lawsuit

Mr. Zuk argued that the Court of Claims was correct in finding that there was indeed a breech of contract.  The Attorney General's appeal contends that there was no breech. 

MAGE legal counsel expects that the Court of Claims decision will be affirmed and then remanded back to the Court of Claims for damages.  There is no timetable for that at this time.
